Makram owned a convenience store in Venice, Florida in the year 2000. It has been said - though not by the FBI - that Mohamed Atta and co. frequented this shop, where Mohamed may have received some money wired from abroad.
The shop was apparently at: 201 Nokomis Avenue South, Venice, Fl, though it was registered at 141 Miami Ave West, Venice, FL.
Looking into Chams online, his name is associated with a number of different companies, one example being CHAMS INTERNATIONAL CORP. INC. of Venice Florida, incorporated 1990
He was also an employee in Saudi Arabia of a San Diego defense contractor, Titan Corporation, lated absorbed by L3 Communications.
It was reported that Makram was a co-owner of a Gambling boat, Vegas-N-Venice with other investors like Ira Goldfarb. The Boat was based at FIshermans Wharf, 509 North Tamiami Trail.
One interesting thing i found is Makram incorporated Maknab Wholesales inc. with a man named Nabil Chanouah at an address in Hialeah Fl, also used by a "George Ramez Melhem" from Ciudad del Este, whose address there is Galeria HIjazi, which is next door to the Hezbollah command base for Latin America, Galeria Paje. The area had been frequented by KSM and Zawahiri.
I also found that the agent for Makram and Melhem, Joseph Shomar, who is part of a powerfull Miami Dade family with Cuban connections, also incorporated 'Zamaiss import export' a company in the news in 2008 when FBI agents caught its founder Ali Hassan Hammoud stealing money from the state government and sending it to Lebanon.
